Paul Mitchell The School – Delaware is currently seeking a full‑time Beauty Instructor and Education Supervisor to join our team. Located in Newark, DE, we are part of a well‑established network of over 100 Paul Mitchell Schools nationwide, recognized for excellence in cosmetology education.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position. In this role, you will oversee and support the daily instruction and educational development within our school. You will coach and guide Learning Leaders to ensure high‑quality, consistent technical education is delivered in both classroom and clinic floor settings. You will collaborate with Skill Specialists to assess educational needs and develop instructional strategies, lesson plans, and specialty content.

Utilizing Paul Mitchell tools, procedures, and terminology, you will contribute to meeting revenue‑ and budget‑driven goals. Your responsibilities will require a high level of professionalism, organization, and dedication as you manage a variety of tasks including instructional leadership, staff development, technical training, and student support.

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school with solid work history and verifiable references
• Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Genuine passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism in all interactions

Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.
