As a Cosmetology Instructor Supervisor—also known as an Education Leader—you will train, coach, and direct Learning Leaders to deliver consistent, high‑quality instruction both in the classroom and in the clinic. You will assess educational needs, partner with Skill Specialists to develop curriculum and engaging lesson plans, and guide the instructional team while driving revenue and budget‑based goals. You will set the tone for learning with passion, confidence, and professionalism, fostering a culture of growth for students and staff alike.

In this dynamic role, you will juggle multiple responsibilities and wear many hats, including education specialist, technical coach, classroom mentor, and team manager.

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school with solid work history and verifiable references.
• Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, nail, or instructor license.
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment.
• Genuine passion for the beauty industry.
• Honesty and professionalism in all interactions.

Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.
