This position is based in K ’s Newark, DE office. A flexible work schedule is available, combining remote and in‑office workdays required.

• Lead the development and review of project scopes, requirements, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with resource managers and supervisors to secure necessary reviews and approvals.
• Manage internal and external interfaces to eliminate scope gaps and overlaps.
• Facilitate clear communication and workflow tracking across project teams and third parties.
• Document interactions and decisions to maintain transparency and accountability.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the EPCM industry, including leadership of multi‑discipline engineering teams.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex engineering interfaces.
• Experience in FEL/FEED and EPCM project phases.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
