Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is looking for a skilled Civil Design Engineer with at least 5 years of land development experience to join our dynamic team in Newark, Delaware!

As a Civil Design Engineer at MRA, you'll play a key role in developing preliminary design concepts and detailed plans for a variety of projects. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Developing site layouts, water and sewer mains, roads, storm drain designs, and more.
  • Creating soil erosion and sedimentation control plans, construction stormwater plans, and floodplain studies.
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
