These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. These services range from small, standalone contracts to world-class mega projects.

K 's office in Newark, DE holds a leading role in our Integrated Solutions business, providing engineering and project deliverables to our clients. Services include front-end and detailed engineering, procurement, construction services, and program management primarily in the hydrocarbons and energy transition industries.

As K  adapts to the unique challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic and industry changes, we are keen to hear from recent graduates who can help achieve our long-term ambitions.
** Project Controls
** We are looking for Project Controls new graduates interested in a full-time career as a professional in Project Controls (Cost/Scheduling).Under direct supervision, you will perform assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic project controls principles. You will use judgment in making selections and adaptation of cost/scheduling alternatives and perform specific and well-defined assignments.

The key duties and responsibilities for this role include:
* Actively participates in recording actual and committed cost and workhours, development of project variances, trending and analysis of commitments and expenditures and development of the project forecast and cash flow.
* Actively participates in the administration of the change control process.
* Actively participates in development and completion of job progress milestones through scheduling.
* Actively participates in coordination with procurement and material mangers as well as engineering work group leads pertaining to essential items of supply.
* Actively participates in identification of priorities for projects to guarantee completion.
* Complete assigned tasks with consideration of the budgeted work hours and schedule commitments.
** Job Requirements
*** Recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a preferred baccalaureate or master's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, preferred  + Skill should include pivot tables, formulas, chart creation and managing large data files
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team
* Must be able to self-lead and communicate to all levels of project team, including management and clients
