Sport Clips of Newark/Christiana is hiring Salon Managers to lead and inspire our team. We believe that hair stylists and barbers are the heart and soul of our brand. As a Salon Manager, you will spend your time cutting hair on the floor, developing stylists, managing day‑to‑day salon activities, and helping grow the store’s clientele.

• A valid DE cosmetology or barber license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

• Standing for long periods of time
• Gripping, fine manipulation, twisting, and turning continuously
• Working above shoulder level continuously
• Frequent bending, pushing, and pulling
• Occasional kneeling and climbing
• Hands frequently exposed to water
