Experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Are you interested in providing weekend coverage?

• We are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who are interested in working weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
  
  
• We offer two choices for this role - Per Diem or Part Time:
  
  
  • Part Time:
    Every Weekend (Eight shifts in a four-week block):
    Every weekend would be considered a .625 FTE. This position is salaried and would enjoy a Hire-on bonus, Daily Volume Bonuses, Quarterly Bonuses and would include Christiana Care benefits, including matching 403(b) and 457(b), CME, PTO.
  • Per Diem:
    Every Other Weekend (Four shifts in a four-week block): If you prefer every other weekend (or four shifts a month), you will be considered a per diem provider and will be paid an hourly per diem rate.
• Openings currently are out of our two Maryland locations (North East and Elkton) and our Central Delaware Region, which includes our Glasgow, STAR and Bear locations.
• Twelve hour shifts - Locations are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications :

• At least one year recent full time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
• Board certified PA or NP and able to be licensed in the state of DE and/or MD
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, X-rays and seeing all ages.
