Site Manager, Primary Care - MAP II Newark
Christiana Care's Medical Group is looking to hire a Full Time Site Manager. The Site Manager is responsible for supervising ambulatory practice support caregivers and ensuring that the daily activities and workflows of their clinics and programs are followed. They provide front‑line direction, problem‑solving, and support to create an environment where caregivers can provide high‑quality care to patients.
Base pay range$68,161.60 / yr – $ / yr
Key Responsibilities- Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and off‑boarding activities of ambulatory practice caregivers (MAs, OOAs, RNs).
- Complete check‑ins and annual performance evaluations of assigned caregivers.
- Provide on‑site support and direction for daily problem‑solving of associate, patient, and provider concerns.
- Ensure clinic staffing is in place and address caregiver staffing gaps; notify providers of staffing changes.
- Monitor and coach non‑provider caregivers to ensure standard operating procedures and workflows are followed.
- Conduct daily charge and cash reconciliations per established policies.
- Ensure supply levels are maintained to support clinic activities.
- Plan and lead monthly clinic meetings with non‑provider caregivers to share results, celebrate successes, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Supervise and train non‑provider caregivers on daily cash handling and copay collections per policy.
- Approve all caregiver timecards as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High School diploma required;
Associate's degree preferred. - 2 years of office practice experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Annual Compensation Range: $68,161.60 – $. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
