Encore at Parkside is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support rehabilitation across three communities:
Parkside, Foulk, and Wilmington. The PTA will provide directed therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, aiming to improve patient independence and function.
Responsibilities include contributing to care planning, documenting services in Net Health, assisting with tests and treatments, and educating patients and families on therapy techniques.
