Encore at Parkside is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to organize and conduct occupational therapy programs for rehabilitation within both Skilled and Outpatient Departments. The OT will guide patient participation, adapt plans of care, and work toward restoring independence and function.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, delivering services per care plans, and collaborating with the rehab team to select appropriate therapies. DE licensure and CPR are required.
