We are looking for a
** Human Resources Generalist
** to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to the
** Human Resources Director
** and based in
** Newark, DE.  This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week**.The HR Generalist will work alongside the HR Manufacturing team to support multiple locations within the Operations and Service organizations. This position is responsible for providing both tactical and strategic human resources support, fostering a productive, safe, and inclusive work environment. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, leading complex employee relations matters, driving HR initiatives, supporting workforce planning activities, and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational objectives.

This role acts as a change agent, leveraging data, business acumen, and HR expertise to implement people strategies aligned with the company's strategic priorities and core values.

* Role and Responsibilities:

*** Provide daily human resources support to multiple locations within the Bloom Manufacturing Center of Delaware while partnering with Corporate HR to ensure alignment of policies, practices, and programs across the organization.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and primary HR business partner to managers and leaders regarding employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, employee development, and policy interpretation.
* Lead and independently manage complex employee relations investigations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace misconduct, and other sensitive employment matters.
* Coach and develop leaders on employee engagement, conflict resolution, performance management, corrective action, and talent development strategies.
* Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational changes, restructures, and talent assessment initiatives.
* Identify workforce trends and opportunities through analysis of HR metrics and data, providing recommendations that support business objectives.
* Lead and implement HR programs, change management initiatives, and cross-functional projects that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
