Blood Bank of Delmarva seeks a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support the Christiana Donor Center/Headquarters in Newark, DE. You’ll administer payroll, timekeeping, benefits, onboarding, and compliance while guiding employee relations and HR processes to improve the employee experience.
You’ll partner with leaders, manage HR data in HRIS/Kronos, and help drive engagements, investigations, and policy interpretation across the division.
