Job Overview

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to join our client and provide hands‑on technical support that keeps business systems secure and efficient. This role focuses on resolving end‑user issues, maintaining hardware and software integrity, and ensuring compliance across devices. You will play a key part in optimizing IT operations and delivering a seamless user experience in a dynamic environment.

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $60,000 annually

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Location: Newark, DE (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage hardware and software lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, and asset tracking.
  • Maintain system images, automation tools, and compliance configurations to support security standards.
  • Monitor device policies and remediate security risks while collaborating with IT teams on licensing and risk management.
  • Provide clear technical guidance and training to end‑users to enhance productivity and system adoption.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred; equivalent experience is highly valued.
  • At least 2 years of experience in desktop support or IT operations within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Office Suite, networking fundamentals, and IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Proficiency with help desk ticketing systems and excellent documentation practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users; capable of prioritizing and working independently.
