• 5-8 years of experience in a technology delivery team as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst driving a minimum of five concurrent technology deliverable projects of varying sizes.
• Required experience with delivery of systems/applications in the Agile environment, including various Agile ceremonies such as PI planning and retrospectives.
• Proven as a confident and creative problem-solver who can drive interaction with resources as well as work independently to research and resolve issues.
• Self-starter, able to work independently, with a willingness to learn and ask questions of business or technology partners.
• Hands-on experience in delivering technical solutions, including coordinating end-to-end project deliveries from requirement gathering through testing.
• Experience with requirements gathering, Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epics and stories, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases, and scenarios.
• Subject matter expertise within the technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
• Experience working with agile development teams including developers, scrum masters, analysts, product owners, and testers.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, ALM for requirements, SDLC, documentation, and issue tracking.
• Strong communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Financial Services/Banking industry experience is a plus.
• Fraud Detection, Prevention, Servicing, and/or Claims experience is a plus.
• Previous Development experience is a plus.
