• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non‑functional requirements, ensuring consistent design and engineering across multiple systems.
• Maintain, improve, clean, and manipulate large data for operational and analytics data systems; build complex processes supporting data transformation, structures, metadata, data quality controls, dependency, and workload management.
• Utilize multiple architectural components in the design and development of client requirements and collaborate with development teams to understand data requirements.
• Define and build data pipelines to enable data‑informed decision making, ensuring adherence to release processes and risk management routines.
• Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify test issues, and lead triage of underlying causes.
• Lead the identification of gaps in data management standards adherence and work with partners to develop plans to close gaps, conducting research and prototyping toolsets.
• Mentor Data Engineers in delivery and release of continuous integration and continuous delivery events; define key performance indicators and internal controls.
• Ensure design and engineering approach for complex features aligns with the larger portfolio solution, ensuring availability, stability, scalability, security, and recoverability.
• Define technology tool stack for the solution and evaluate and adapt new testing tools, frameworks, and practices.
• Enable team(s) with CI/CD capabilities and engage with technical stakeholders to ensure efficient functioning of pipelines.
• Guide and influence teams on design and best practices for high code performance (e.g., pairing, code reviews).
• Provide end‑to‑end delivery of complex features, including automation, across single or multiple teams at the program level.
• Conduct research, design prototyping, and other exploration activities such as evaluating new toolsets for release management, CI/CD, and features.
• Work with stakeholders to establish high‑level solution needs and collaborate with architects for technical requirements.
• Communicate technical designs and concepts clearly to all levels within the organization.
• Design and execute implementation plans that align strategic objectives with current technology stack.
• Manage multiple priorities and engage with multiple teams worldwide.
• Coach and mentor team members.

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering AI, ML, data platform, and advanced analytics platform capabilities using open‑source technologies in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as GenAI, MCP, Agents, AI BI.
• Hands‑on experience with data science, big data, cloud, and governance technologies.
• Experience architecting next‑generation AI analytical product delivery across multiple business units.
• Proven track record in data, analytics, insight, and AI/ML platforms supporting multiple business units.
• Experience developing software frameworks using open‑source technologies such as Python, Spark, Jupyter, FastAPI, Label Studio, Ragas.
• Strong understanding of metadata management, semantic layers, labeling, and annotations for AI BI, MCP, Agents, Data Assistants.
• Experience with open‑source and cloud models for AI BI, summarization, and tuning for throughput, latency, and cost optimization.
• Experience building RAG with knowledge bases, data sources, and vector store platforms (Redis, Solar, Postgres, FAISS, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop).
