Testing background.
Portfolio and program management
Tableau - Able to create dashboards
JIRA - Able to create filters and Dashboards in JIRA
Experience:
- Proven experience in program management or project management.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Technical
Skills:
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Office, Microsoft Project, Visio).
Leadership and Communication:
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present project updates to stakeholders and executives.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to make data‑driven decisions under tight deadlines.
