Overview
Power Home Remodeling offers the DoD Skill Bridge Program for Active and Transitioning Service Members. The program lasts approximately 4 to 6 months and is custom-designed for each participant, providing exposure to every department within our company. A team of Military Affairs Specialists and mentors supports you throughout the program. The initiative is part of our Power Veteran’s Initiative, aimed at recruiting and training the best military talent, creating a mutually beneficial partnership.
Participants will engage with teams across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy to gain hands-on experience in sales, project management, and field operations, contributing to client projects and installations as appropriate.

The DoD Skill Bridge program is our strategy to achieve our growth goals. Our 4-6 month program is custom-designed for every individual and allows access to every department within our walls. We have a team of Military Affairs Specialists and mentors who will be with you every step of the way.
- Revenue - High earning potential, client-facing roles in sales and marketing that expose you to the business side of the company while being guided by experienced leadership.
- Operations - Project management roles that enable you to work in high-performing teams to ensure a 5-star experience for our homeowners.
- Craftsman Academy - A customized program to train transitioning service members to install and run installation crews.
In partnership with the DoD, Power Home Remodeling aims to bring on every candidate full-time. Starting salaries typically range from $50,000 to $80,000, with a sign-on bonus for the 4-6 month program. Compensation varies by department; details will be shared during discussions.
