Responsibilities- Support the Project Manager and keep projects under budget.
- Act as liaison among general contractor, general manager, and superintendents.
- Generate progress reports and communicate findings to the Project Manager.
- Process change orders and bill for all work performed.
- Assist with material ordering, delivery, and managing schedule impacts.
- Evaluate contractual scope before project start.
- Run profitability and timeline reports to ensure targets are met.
- Build strong relationships with team members and contractors to promote a win‑win environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, architecture, or associate degree with equivalent experience.
- 0–3 years of direct project experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and their integration.
- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Spitfire.
- Familiarity with financial accounting systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer, Visio).
- Valid driver’s license.
- PMP, USACE CQM‑C, and OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
