Role Summary

Working closely with the Club Manager, the Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT) provides leadership, direction, and drives performance across the club. The AMIT prepares individuals to assume one of three Assistant Club Manager positions—Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience—and oversees the corresponding departments, ensuring consistent execution of policies, GOLD standards, and overall club success.
