Warehouse Operations Supervisor (Mandarin Speaking)

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations and manage a small on-site team.

This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of warehouse or operations experience who are ready to grow into a supervisory role.

This position also supports a small equipment testing area (training will be provided).

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory handling.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff (scheduling, task assignment, daily supervision).
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and organization (training provided).
• Support and manage a small equipment testing area, including:
• Coordinating testing schedules.
• Ensuring proper handling and storage of equipment.
• Following established testing procedures.
• Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles.
• Prior experience supervising or leading a small team is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, on‑site environment.
• Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Mandarin Chinese is a plus (for occasional cross‑border communication).

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay:
From $80,000.00 per year
