Qnity has an immediate opening for a Logistics Technician II, SC at our Newark, DE site in our Semiconductor Technologies division.

11:00 am – 7:30 pm

• Perform shipping & receiving duties: prepare material for shipping, put‑away, picking orders, verify shipments and packaging, pull material for delivery to manufacturing, manage daily CoFA process, prepare pallets for shipping, load trucks, and conduct weekly cycle counts of finished goods & supplies.
• Maintain good housekeeping, safety, and security activities in the warehouse; ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Participate in achieving company quality goals by reducing shipping & receiving issues, utilizing Qnity work processes, understanding customers' requirements, applying problem‑solving techniques, and serving as a team player who owns product and service quality.
• Operate in compliance with company safety practices: follow Qnity safety standards, help develop departmental safety rules, keep equipment in good working order, handle chemicals safely, monitor hazards, use required safety equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED/HSE.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience (3+ years preferred; inventory control experience helpful).
• Excellent computer and data entry skills; experience with SAP preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well with employees in other departments.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., reach truck, sit‑down forklift, etc.).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations for shipping/handling hazardous materials preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime as required or requested.

This position requires the ability to work in seated or standing positions for prolonged periods of time, perform sustained manual activities at moderate to heavy levels of exertion, lift and move loads of a minimum of 50 pounds, climb ladders/stairs, work on elevated platforms (Powered Industrial Order Picker Trucks) at heights from ground level to 30 feet, use hand tools and operate fixed and mobile plant equipment, work and travel throughout a varied plant environment, maintain a full range of motion, and wear personal protective devices.

The working environment is a warehouse setting with daily contact with employees in other departments.
