Role Description

Full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator, located in Newark, DE. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance on machinery, conducting inspections to ensure quality standards are met, and troubleshooting equipment as needed. The role also involves collaborating with team members to optimize production processes and ensure operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining processes.
• Experience in Quality Control, ensuring parts meet precise specifications.
• Knowledge of Milling techniques and working with Machinery.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude to operate CNC equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience in plastic machining or CNC operation is a plus.
