About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our high-precision production team. You will leverage your expertise in TIG and MIG welding to transform raw materials into high-quality finished components, ensuring every project meets rigorous industrial standards.
Responsibilities- Execute precise TIG and MIG welding processes on aluminum and stainless steel sheet metal.
- Perform fit-up and tacking of complex fabricated assemblies to ensure structural integrity.
- Deliver high-quality surface finishes through expert grinding and polishing techniques.
- Interpret technical blueprints and layout drawings to guide production accuracy.
- Utilize advanced welding technologies, including laser welding equipment, to achieve project specifications.
- Apply analytical troubleshooting skills to resolve fabrication challenges and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Proven professional experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
- Advanced proficiency in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum.
- Demonstrated capability in MIG welding applications.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with laser welding systems.
- Strong background in custom ornamental or industrial metalwork.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-level craftsmanship and quality control.
