23,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Newark, DE.Industrial and commercial custom projects: sheet metal, ornamental railings, miscellaneous metals, and machine shop services.

Your RoleTIG-weld stainless steel and aluminum sheet metal with consistency and precision.
Apply MIG where needed to bring assemblies together efficiently.
Fit, tack, and complete weldments; grind and finish to high standards.
What You’ll Need Proven background in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
Demonstrated TIG expertise on stainless and aluminum.
MIG welding experience (required).Fluency in reading and interpreting blueprints and layouts.
Detail orientation and a quality-first mindset.
Analytical problem-solving using logic and reasoning.
High School Diploma or GED.Valid driver’s license (required).Proficiencies Troubleshooting Skills Blueprint Reading Equipment You’ll UseMIG WelderTIG Welder Laser Welder Pay, Hours, and Benefits Pay range: $24–$30 per hour, dependent on skill and experience.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; full-time with overtime opportunities.
