Vision & Strategy

• Build and own Sallie's long-term social media strategy across all channels-established and emerging-aligned to company growth goals and brand pillars.

• Define channel roles and differentiated platform strategies that reflect how students search, learn, and connect today.

• Lead social listening and trend intelligence to identify cultural, platform, and behavioral shifts that inform strategy.

• Elevate community management by extending engagement into broader industry and cultural conversations

• Explore, test, and operationalize new platforms, formats, and technologies.

• Build culturally relevant social-first moments that shift perception, spark conversation, and reinforce our mission.

Content & Creative

• Help develop social-first content that’s authentic, student-centric, and brand-elevating.

• Drive a creative point of view that blends insight, storytelling, and a passion for the craft.

• Champion new, bold ideas-anchored in data, relevance, and Sallie's mission.
