The Surgical Critical Care Complex (SCCC) is a 22-bed Surgical/Trauma ICU that serves neurosurgical, general surgical, and adult/pediatric trauma patients.

- BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of hire
- Minimum 1–2 years stepdown experience
- Critical Care experience strongly preferred
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
This is a Day/Midnight rotating schedule of 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Weekend and holiday schedule is per departmental & organizational practices.
PayHourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05. This rate represents Christiana Care’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual salary will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to specific job requirements.
