Registered Nurse – Critical Care Transport – Pre‑Hospital Services. Christiana Care is one of the country’s most dynamic healthcare organizations, centered on improving health outcomes and making high‑quality care more accessible. Our primary campuses are in Wilmington, DE, Newark, DE, and Elkton, MD. We are Delaware’s only Level I trauma center and high‑risk delivering hospital offering Level III neonatal intensive care.

We are hiring for a Registered Nurse to serve with our Pre‑Hospital Services team. With over 5,000 transports each year, our elite Flight and Ground crew provide emergency critical care transport within our region. You will work on our Care Net Ground Transport team with the opportunity to cross‑train with our Life Net Flight team.

• Become a member of a highly trained critical care team providing the highest level of care during transport.
• Our team is nationally recognized and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Services (CAMTS).

• Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.
• BSN required or must obtain within 3 years of hire.
• Certifications:
  
  TNCC, ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP preferred; others may be obtained during orientation. NALS and PHRN offered during training.
• Specialty certifications CFRN, CCRN, CEN, or CTRN to be obtained within two years of hire.
• Experience in a critical care area (ICU, Step‑down, CCU, ED, PICU, NICU, or Flight); EMS experience strongly preferred.

This is a full‑time flex (72 hours per pay period) rotational schedule with weekend and holiday coverage.

$41.28 – $66.05 per hour.
