• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in cardiovascular or perioperative nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• BLS required; CNOR or specialty CVOR certifications preferred.

• Prepare patients and the CVOR environment for cardiac surgeries.
• Circulate or scrub during procedures, monitoring patient status and assisting the surgical team.
• Administer medications and maintain sterile technique.
• Document care, surgical details, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and CVOR staff.
