Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our HICU® Health Services team, providing high‑level pediatric and ICU care to patients transitioning from hospital to home in the New Castle, DE area. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $45–$50, a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, and a $2,400 nurse referral bonus.

• Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting, acting as an extension of the hospital care team.
• Provide one‑on‑one care to infants and young children during the initial weeks of home‑care.
• Train and support patients’ families and ongoing care teams.
• Perform infusion therapy and tracheostomy/ventilator care.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• At least one year of verifiable LPN experience.
• Preferred experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home‑care trach/vent care.
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (home or lab setting).
