Schedule:
Day/Evening – 0700‑1930/0700‑1530 | 4(12hr) shifts and 3(8hr) shifts bi‑weekly

1‑2 Spring/Summer Holiday | 1 Fall/Winter Holiday |

1 Weekend every 4 weeks PRN 2‑3 shifts per month | Trauma Call 1 per month

• BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire
• Current RN licensure required
• Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience
• CNOR certification a plus
• The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05. This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
