Registered Nurse II - Med/Surg Per Diem

7a-7:30pm and 7p - 7:30am (12-hour shifts)

Christiana Care is currently looking for Registered Nurses to join our Medical/Surgical Per Diem Team. Someone who is flexible and willing to work at both Christiana and Wilmington Hospital as needed for business purposes.

• Our per diem registered nurses go to up to 40 plus Medical, Surgical, Step‑Down, Progressive, and Transitional Units at the Newark and Wilmington campuses.
• Wilmington Hospital and Christiana Hospital are Magnet Status hospitals!

• We offer competitive pay rates with shift & weekend differentials.

Pay rates are based upon the amount of hours you commit to on a monthly basis. You may sign up for 60 hour, and 84 hour commitments in 4 weeks blocks. Available shifts will be 12-hour shifts.

Require to commit to 10 shifts of day shift training the first month to attend New Employee Orientation, Nursing Orientation and training.

• Commitment to acquiring BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience in an Acute Care setting required.
• BLS required.

Hourly Pay Range: $32.77 - $52.43. This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including, without limitation, skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
