Registered Nurse (RN) – Electrophysiology Lab

Christiana Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Electrophysiology Lab. The RN will provide procedural assistance and educate patients undergoing cardiac procedures.

$41.28/hr – $66.05/hr

Full Time – 40 hours/week
Day Shift (Mon‑Fri 7am–5:30pm)
No call, no weekends

• Circulator for pre‑ and post‑procedures and perform RN to RN handoffs
• Meet all patients, review history, identify allergies, check medications, answer questions, and transport patients to the EP Lab
• Scrub in with the provider for all electrophysiology procedures (pacemaker insertion, ICD insertion, Bi‑Ventricular devices, studies, and ablations)
• Recorder – set up, connect, and troubleshoot equipment; monitor and perform measurements on intracardiac recording system; operate stimulator and ablation generators

• DE RN License or RN License from a compact state
• BSN preferred
• At least two years of RN experience (experience in Electrophysiology or other procedural area preferred)
• Experience with EKG and Telemetry
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred, must obtain within 1 year of start date

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05. This range is a cost‑estimate; actual salary depends on skills, experience, and qualifications.
