Christiana Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Surgical Step-Down Unit, 4D. This 35‑bed general surgery step‑down inpatient unit cares for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

$41.28/hr – $66.05/hr

Programmed as a part‑time position of 72 hours per pay period / 36 hours per week. Overnight shifts run from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., requiring weekend rotations; holidays are covered per organization policy.

• Four times recognized as Magnet Status Hospital.

• BSN required; or commitment to obtain within three years of date of hire.
• One year of nursing experience required; two years in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Licensed or license eligibility in the state of Delaware.
• BLS Certification required.

$41.28 – $66.05 per hour.

Salary within this range is influenced by skills, experience, and qualifications relative to job requirements.
