Unit 4B is a 23-bed surgical unit specializing in general, urological, and gynecological procedures. Beds can flex to 35 to accommodate hospital capacity. The unit frequently cares for oncology patients, providing a team‑focused, patient‑centered environment that enhances nursing careers.

• BSN or commitment to obtain within three years of hire date.
• License or license eligibility in the state of Delaware.
• At least one year of med/surg experience strongly required.
• BLS required.

Midnight shift, 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Includes weekend and holiday commitments per hospital practice.

$41.28 - $66.05. This range represents Christiana Care’s good faith estimate of compensation at posting time; the actual salary offered will depend on individual factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.
