Direct Hire Nurse Manager Role $105,000 per year in Newark, Delaware

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the daily CVOR team while managing both clinical and administrative duties
• Facilitates and directs patient care services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care is provided before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Participates in quality assessment and improvement programs, monitors performance, and maintains a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Creates and maintains a work environment conducive to effective communication, collaboration, teambuilding and nursing professionalism
• Encourage and maintain a team culture that encourages and rewards excellence in patient care.

Key Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Delaware
• Bachelor's of Science (BSN) required, Master's preferred
• Five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience within a clinical setting
• Significant Operating Room (OR) experience to also including strong CVOR experience and knowledge
• CNOR certification strongly preferred; must have certification within 6 months of hire
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary range beginning at $105K but can be significantly more based on years of experience and education
• Comprehensive benefits plan
• Monday - Friday, day shift beginning at 6:30 AM, with occasional on-call responsibilities
