The Neuro Critical Care Unit is an 18-bed ICU on 2D focused on the care of neurological and neurosurgical patients, including hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke, cerebral aneurysms, brain tumors, brain and spine infections, complicated spine surgeries, hydrocephalus, neuromuscular disorders, seizures/status epilepticus, and isolated neurotrauma. Bedside nurses will have primary involvement in daily rounds and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Base pay range: $41.28/hr - $66.05/hr for a successful candidate.
Hours:
72 per pay period.
- Delaware RN licensure or compact RN license
- BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of hire
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS certification strongly preferred
- At least two years of RN experience in ICU, step-down, or progressive care unit
