Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical Critical Care Complex – Day/Midnight
Christiana Care’s Christiana and Wilmington hospitals have received their third Magnet® designation for nursing excellence from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and operate the only Level I Trauma Center between Philadelphia and Baltimore. The Surgical Critical Care Complex (SCCC) is a 22‑bed Surgical/Trauma Intensive Care Unit serving neurosurgical, general surgical, and adult/pediatric trauma patients.
Base pay range$41.28/hr – $66.05/hr
HoursDay/Midnight rotating schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Weekend and holiday schedule per departmental & organizational practices.
Requirements- BSN required, or commitment to obtain within 3 years of hire
- Minimum 1–2 years stepdown experience
- Critical Care experience strongly preferred
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- 4‑Magnet status hospital
