This role is a full‑time (36 hours per week) position on the 4C Medical Stepdown Unit at Christiana Hospital, available on Day/Evening Shift and including weekends and holidays per department guidelines.
Base pay range: $41.28/hr – $66.05/hr

Job Details- Assist in managing a 4–5 patient assignment, working side‑by‑side with the interdisciplinary team that includes Patient Care Technicians, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, and other medical professionals.
- Participate in a true relationship‑based model, building relationships with patients and families and your peers, guided by our values of love and excellence.
- Engage in an individualized orientation and support for independent nursing practice.
- Encourage board certification in Medical‑Surgical, Geriatric, and/or Progressive Care Nursing.

- BSN required.
- ADN candidates who can commit to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire will be considered with relevant experience.
- Qualified applicants will have at least one year of experience. Preferably acute or sub‑acute care experience.
- BLS required.
