Christiana Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Navigator II to join our Center for Surgical Optimization (CSO) team. In this highly collaborative role, you will coordinate preoperative care, ensuring patients are medically optimized, educated, and fully prepared for surgery.

You will work closely with surgeons, PCPs, specialists, anesthesiology teams, and other care partners to guide patients through the preoperative process, aiming to improve outcomes and reduce delays.
