Christiana Care Newark Campus invites graduating students and new RN graduates to the Nurse Residency Open House for the Labor and Delivery program starting Spring 2027. The 26-week residency blends classroom and hands-on experiences across Labor & Delivery, Peri Op, OB High Risk and Antenatal, with preceptor-led clinicals to build competency and confidence.
Upon successful completion, participants are hired as staff nurses in the Labor and Delivery unit.
