Christiana Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Cardiac Surgery Professional Services in Newark, Delaware. This full-time step-down role includes eight 10-hour shifts per two-week period with rotating weekends, delivering comprehensive care from pre-op to post-op rounds and daily care planning.
The candidate will perform bedside procedures, contribute to discharge planning, and participate in a team managing procedures such as CABG, Valve, TAVR, LVAD, and ECMO.
