Christiana Care in Newark, DE is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Women’s & Children’s Float Pool. The role is full-time with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 paid over 2 years.
The RN will rotate through Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU (Level III), and Inpatient Pediatrics, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across units while supporting families and pursuing nursing excellence.
