Emergency Service Head (ERSH
) who will work alongside our ER Clinicians, Specialists, and Leadership Team to ensure the highest quality medicine and services for pets and our community.

- This position provides the opportunity to shape the ER service through scheduling, hiring, and training decisions, lead team meetings, and represent the ER department in hospital leadership.
- Working closely with the Medical Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Annual base salary up to $220,000
, based upon level of experience. - Additional compensation through annual ERSH stipend.
