• Pour drinks only when slip printer generates an order, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments for drinks, change beer and tonic kegs, and clean the work area.
• Maintain constant cleanliness—tables, floor, chairs, and service station.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Pre‑buss tables.
• Stock liquor and bar items after delivery.
• Prepare and equip the bar daily by replenishing glassware, cutting and slicing garnishes, and obtaining needed supplies.
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Serve alcohol responsibly by observing customers’ level of intake and terminating further consumption as per the Alcohol Awareness Guide.
• Rotate stock.
• Prepare drinks, batch recipes, and mix to product specifications.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some heavy lifting (25‑30 lbs).
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to remain standing and active for a 9‑hour shift.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
