HP Retail Sales Representative (Part-Time)

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:
Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred;
Friday options may be available.

HP and 2020 Companies partner to hire a Retail Sales Associate in a local big-box retailer. In this role you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz around HP products and demonstrate products tailored to customer needs.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy.
• Engage customers and build rapport.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain store displays for cleanliness and demo readiness.
• Report and provide competitive insights.

• Stable, weekly schedule.
• Next-day pay on-demand with Daily Pay.
• Friday & Saturday & Sunday availability.
• Paid training online.
• $25 per month Technology Reimbursement.
• Represent an environmentally friendly company worldwide.

• Earn $250 after 45 days.
• Earn another $250 at 90-day mark.
• Earn $500 at 1-year anniversary.
• New hires starting 11/1/25 – 1/24/26 qualify.
• Eligibility begins after first in-store shift and 90% scheduled shifts.
• Must be employed on the program at payout time.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year job experience required.
• Retail experience or customer service in electronics, tech or wireless a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• Problem-solving, tech-savvy, outgoing personality.
• Ability to engage in a selling process, overcome objections, connect with customer needs.
