As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, helping fans access the merchandise they love. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to train new team members and support daily operations and sales targets.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience, encouraging customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Step in to lead on the sales floor and support the management team when needed.
• Open and close the store as required, demonstrating responsibility and leadership.
• Process sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and manage register operations, including communicating shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Understand sales goals and KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with store layout and merchandising updates.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ partners.
• Work with store management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Maintain organized stock rooms and a tidy store environment.
• Help develop a collaborative, passionate team to run the store effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.

• At least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
