Responsibilities
  • Consistently train and develop a team to meet individual and store goals through mentorship.
  • Deliver 100 % dedication to team and clients, ensuring a world‑class experience.
  • Analyze daily data and metrics to make business decisions that drive sales and improve lives.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of proper arch support and recommend suitable products.
  • Assist customers in trying out products to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
  • Oversee all store operations, including inventory and client rotation.
  • Make a meaningful impact—change people’s lives two feet at a time.
Requirements

Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time, Sales and Business Development. Proven experience leading a retail team, strong customer‑service skills, data‑driven decision making, and a passion for wellness and fitness services.
