At Dash In, a Wills Group company, we're redefining convenience through exceptional guest service, fresh, chef-inspired food, and a welcoming store environment. We're looking for a Supervisor who enjoys leading by example, developing team members, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Designed for our smaller-volume locations, this role offers the opportunity to lead across both retail and food service operations. You'll partner with the Store Manager to support the team, maintain high standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a fast, friendly, and quality experience.

If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership journey, Dash In offers the opportunity to build your skills, make an impact, and grow with a company that invests in its people.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead and develop the team: Support the Store Manager in coaching, training, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
  • Oversee daily operations: Help manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring smooth service, efficient food production, and consistent execution.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience: Engage with guests, address concerns, and help create a fast, friendly, and welcoming environment.
  • Maintain brand standards: Uphold expectations for cleanliness, food quality, food safety, and overall store presentation.
  • Keep operations running efficiently: Monitor guest traffic, adjust priorities, and support staffing needs to minimize wait times and maintain service standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies: Assist with ordering, inventory levels, and stock replenishment across retail and food service.
  • Promote a safe workplace: Maintain clean, organized work spaces and ensure equipment is used and maintained appropriately.
  • Support store performance: Communicate operational needs, staffing updates, and improvement opportunities to store leadership.
  • Step up when needed: Take the lead during assigned shifts and help ensure daily priorities are completed successfully.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a dependable, guest-focused leader who can balance multiple priorities, support a diverse team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED, or willingness to complete an employer-paid GED program.
  • At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or a related environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Basic technology skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both retail and food service operations.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and kitchen operations.
  • Active Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain certification.

  • Build positive working relationships and collaborate with others.
  • Deliver results while meeting guest expectations.
  • Take initiative, make sound decisions, and influence positive outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and support team members.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize daily operations.
Schedule, Training, and Travel

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Onsite work at the assigned Dash In location.
