To support our growth, we are currently in search of an experienced Sales Manager who will lead a team of Sales Professionals by embracing and promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, career development and high performance. Our Sales Manager will have a proven track record of success, and a burning desire to lead and succeed in an environment where we work hard, drive results, celebrate achievements, and have fun doing it!

- Bachelor’s degree with five or more years of B2B sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience of Outside Sales Management experience is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Proven ability to mentor/coach team members in order to achieve maximum results
- Quickly acquire product knowledge and establish relationships with clients
- This position requires daily travel within an assigned geographic area. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current insurance are required
