To support our growth, we are currently in search of an experienced Sales Manager who will lead a team of Sales Professionals by embracing and promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, career development and high performance. Our Sales Manager will have a proven track record of success, and a burning desire to lead and succeed in an environment where we work hard, drive results, celebrate achievements, and have fun doing it!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure sales results meet or exceed established revenue targets
  • Provide leadership through collaborative sharing of knowledge and skill
  • Develop, implement and deliver training and coaching to ensure maximum performance, service levels and appropriate sales results are achieved
  • Maintain headcount to budgeted targets by focusing on retention through career development and other opportunities
  • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with five or more years of B2B sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience of Outside Sales Management experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Proven ability to mentor/coach team members in order to achieve maximum results
  • Quickly acquire product knowledge and establish relationships with clients
  • This position requires daily travel within an assigned geographic area. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current insurance are required
