Leading Home Builder Schaeffer Homes is looking for a New Home Sales Professional to join our sales team. This opportunity is based in our brand‑new storefront professional design center located in Newark, Delaware.
Base pay range$75,000.00/yr - $/yr
Salary & Benefits
- Potential earnings: between $75,000 and over $100,000 per year. 100% commission after training period.

- Days off will be during the week
